What types of Christmas trees do you sell?

We supply premium real Christmas trees — Nordmann Fir, Fraser Fir and Norway Spruce. Every tree is hand-picked for shape, freshness and needle retention.

What sizes are available?

We stock 4–5 ft, 5–6 ft, 6–7 ft, 7–8 ft, 8–9 ft and 9 ft+ trees. If you need something taller for a business or event, just ask for a quote.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver across London & surrounding areas. Pop your postcode into our checker and we'll confirm straight away — if you're just outside the area, message us and we'll do our best.

Question 4

Do you bring the tree inside?

Yes. With our installation service we carry the tree inside and place it exactly where you want it. Delivery-only orders are left in a safe spot of your choosing.

Can you install the tree for me?

Absolutely — that's what we're here for. We'll bring it in, get it standing straight, trim the base if needed and tidy up after ourselves.

Do you provide a stand?

Stands are available as an optional extra, or we'll happily set the tree up in a stand you already own.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. Pick your preferred date and a morning, afternoon or evening slot during booking and we'll confirm it with you.

What happens if I change my mind?

Do you collect trees after Christmas?

We do. Add Collection & Disposal to your order and we'll come back in early January at a time that suits you.

How does disposal work?

We collect your tree from your door, take it away and recycle it responsibly — it's chipped rather than sent to landfill.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, and we recommend it. Popular sizes and weekend slots sell out first, so booking early secures your tree and your delivery date.

Do you deliver to businesses and offices?

Yes — offices, restaurants, hotels, shops and events. Request a business quote and we'll price up delivery, installation and collection.
