Changed your mind or unhappy with your tree? Here's where you stand.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us before your delivery date and we will happily reschedule or amend your order, or refund it in full.
On the day
If you are not happy with the tree we bring, tell us there and then — we will swap it or take it away and refund the tree price.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is home during your chosen slot we may need to charge a re-delivery fee to cover the second trip.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within five working days.
