The basics of ordering a tree and booking our services.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have accepted your booking and confirmed your delivery date and time slot. Tree sizes are approximate as every tree is natural and unique.
Delivery & Installation
Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the address during your chosen slot. Installation requires safe, clear access to the room where the tree will stand.
Collection & Disposal
Collections take place in early January on a date we agree with you. Trees should be undecorated and accessible from the front of the property.
Pricing
All prices shown include applicable service fees and are confirmed at checkout. Prices are subject to change before an order is confirmed.
Liability
We take great care in your home, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, unstable floors or fixtures, or damage caused by decorations added after installation.
